Zayne was excellent. He went above and beyond with customer service. He did a water test with our water hose to find our leak and we are grateful.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jake from Firehouse Roofing today. I needed the flashing around the chimney stack inspected. He was honest, professional, and pleasant. He was upfront about the work he could perform today and what he couldn't perform. It was dependent on what he found. He didn't...

Following a major hail storm, we asked for a roof inspection. Andrew with Firehouse arrived sharp on time and checked every corner and briefed us on the condition of the roof via a high quality digital video of the roof. I am very happy with the service, and offer my...

I just tried to schedule a roof inspection for my residence. I am told they will not do this unless my wife is also present. Is this because they think WE will be pressured into signing a contract that same day for a new roof? I told them she could...

I had reached out to Firehouse Roofing to do some repairs, but not replace the entire roof. Jake Dunaway was our first contact and was a solid professional, guiding us all along the way, including working out financing. Jake was efficient and responsive. We had the work done while we...

Firehouse Roofing did an amazing job replacing our roof. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. The finished product is better than most competitors and they worked with our insurance company directly. We spoke with several other companies, and no one compared to Firehouse...they offered better products, options, and service. Thank...

Thank you Firehouse for repairing my chimney. The customer service was top notch. Kudos to Paul Last for being informative and professional. He took pride in the work from beginning to end. I recommend Firehouse!

Firehouse did a great job on the roof replacement at our home. Curtis Vonfassan guided us through every phase of the project and smoothed the way to keep the cost low on a portion that was not an insured item (loss due to "wear and tear"). Hunter, the foreman on...

Everyone at the company has been very nice from the call center to the roofer they sent out. The issue is the roofer they sent out was very sales heavy and it felt like we were at a car dealership. They don't tell you this until after your inspection but...

I am very pleased with my experience using Firehouse Roofing and couldn't be happier with the new roof and ventilation! I messaged Firehouse Roofing through their website to initially set up a roof inspection (for suspected leaks). They were quick to respond and dispatched Bradley Simpson for the inspection. Brad...

We worked with Eric Wimpee on the coordination of all the work. It went exceptionally.

In this project of Roof installation there are several businesses. Some of them are shady and some you can trust. But it is impossible to know beforehand, so we just took a chance. No one had recommended to us Firehouse Roofing. We decided to go step by step and go...

Firehouse Roofing installed gutters for us and made some other roof improvements last year, that have been spectacular. I just found shingles down in our yard after one of the recent storms, and called them back to come inspect the roof for damage. I was able to get an appointment...

Inspected our roof after a bad storm. Provided clear status of the roof and didn't try to upsell us on stuff we didn't need.

Tried to get an inspection with these guys. They will ask you a million questions. I told them numerous times all I want is for you to come out and inspect my roof. That wasn’t enough for them; they still were trying to get more info about my family and...

On time. Very courteous and friendly. Honest about not having a leak or needing roof repairs. Took time to talk and make suggestions.
