Patrick and Noah and their crew did a great job.

Alex was fantastic at explaining the process. All the guys were very polite, helpful in letting us know what was going on. I would definitely recommend!!

All of the above. Zayne Mendoza went above and beyond to make sure my roof and gutter install was done to perfection. He is a great communicator and kept me informed all along the way. I highly recommend Zayne and Firehouse Roofing.

We had our roof replaced this week. It was a pleasant experience with very helpful and honest folks taking care of everything. Diego was exceptional with all details, answered all of our questions and handled our roof and details with ease and was very professional in all aspects. I would...

Noah was project manager on site while roofers were working. Noah is genuine hard working and very polite. Firehouse is lucky to have him.

Firehouse Roofing was amazing from the first call through completion. Highly recommend!

8+ weeks and still no quote emailed to me or a callback.

It was the best roofing experience we have had. Alex Buchanan was our first contact. He was available at any time with a quick text throughout the process. Noah the project manager was great too. My Wife thought he was adorable. Would recommend them to anyone

I went with Firehouse Roofing after getting estimates from multiple roofing companies in the area. The Firehouse inspection alone was superior to others I had experienced! The Roof Advisor was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional; the great experience continued with the repair crews and the Project Manager, Hunter. They mean...

Called a couple other roofing companies around, they gave me an estimate and then never returned my calls. Jake at Firehouse came out, explained everything that was going to happen and provided excellent communication throughout the replacement. Can't thank him enough or Firehouse and the outstanding job they did..

Excellent communication from start to finish from the office staff to the project manager, Noah. The process, dealing with insurance, can be confusing, but they made it painless. We also spotted some rotting wood that they replaced and added an attic fan to reduce the heat in the attic. Even...

From the appointment office staff to the crew, Firehouse Roofing is great to work with. Delivers as promised and quick service, could not have asked to work with a better company!

Our home had a persistent leak that was beginning to cause some damage. After trying to repair it ourselves, we realized that we needed an expert roofer to combat our issue. We saw a Firehouse commercial on TV and decided to give them a call. They sent out Eric for...

Firehouse Roofing did a complete roof replacement on now 2 homes that we've owned. The care they take in protecting the exterior of the home is bar none. They installed tarps and "catch all systems" to protect our landscaping and had a designated tent for their crew so that there...

Jake arrived on time and was very thorough and courteous; all of my roofing needs will be through Firehouse Roofing from now on.

Diego was very nice and took the time to explain the process. He was very thorough with the inspection of the attic before and after, and yard to make sure all debris was removed. When the roof and clean up were completed, he walked the perimeter of the house and...

Jake from Firehouse was amazing! He helped us determine what our hail damage actually was after another company inspected our roof. We will 100% be giving them any and all future business and you should too!

We were very impressed with Firehouse Roofing. Gage was very thorough during our roof inspection. Would definitely call them again.

I want to say a huge thank you to Firehouse Roofing and their crew working in this horrible three digit heat today . Jeff, Diego and Christian were professional , patient , kind and knowledgeable . If you want great roofing quality and smooth process please hire Firehouse Roofing !...

Handled the entire project from inspection to insurance adjuster. New roofing from the decking up! Follow up after completion, just all around professional.

The PM, Diego was very professional and was great at communicating the steps of the roofing process and other work that was going to take place. He and his crew did a great job with the work and clean-up. Much appreciated!

We had such a great experience with Firehouse Roofing. At first we were confused why they wanted both homeowners home during the free inspection, but after seeing the in depth video of our roof and their detailed explanations we totally understand why. They gave us honest and transparent recommendations and...

Alex at Firehouse Roofing was very professional and thorough and helped out with our insurance process. We highly recommend Firehouse and Alex Buchanan.

I just had Fire House Roofing come out for a hail damage consultation and just wanted to say how great my experience was. Curtis was the one who I initially contacted at their call center and he was understanding of our situation and quick to get an appointment with one...

The technician provided a very professional and detailed inspection of my roof. There were no issues found, but if I ever need to replace my roof I will definitely contact this company, simply because of the service this young man provided.

Andrew is very professional and did a thorough inspection of our roof. Luckily we didn’t have damage other than a bent gutter that we didn’t know about. Will use Firehouse Roofing in the future for repairs or replacement.

Brad showed up on time and ready to do his job. Very professional and detailed assessment. Said what he meant and did what he said. Can’t ask for more than that.

Eric was very responsive.Gave a clear explanation of the issues. With pros and cons. Provided clear expectations and delivered! Highly satisfied and would recommend to anyone looking for roofing services.

It’s hard to find a roofing company that is trustworthy. Jake from Firehouse was professional and attentive. He went above and beyond to answer my questions during the inspection.

I’ll keep this short and sweet. If you enjoy hours long sales pitches, being put in awkward situations like calling random customers to ask for their experience, and being pressured into signing a contract with fear mongering tactics then I highly recommend this company. If you don’t want to wake...

Based on their staff, Firehouse Roofing is the most amazing roofing company. Paul Last was such a friendly and professional representative. He climbed on my roof and took a video explaining the damage, and then came down and showed it to me. He told me my options and I felt...

They would not schedule a roof inspection without me telling them all unnecessary details like how long I lived in my home.

Bradley was quick, professional and very knowledgeable and well mannered.

I scheduled an inspection of my roof due to a water leak in my bathroom ceiling, originally thought started from a storm in March. Paul Last found that there was no damage to the roof. However, as he did his inspection he identified the general problem area. Sure enough, a...

Paul was thorough, personable and detail oriented. Great service from start to finish.

Paul Last and Firehouse are the #1. Highly recommended!

When I had a leak they sent out Paul and Aaron, they did a thorough inspection of the roof, took pictures, and explained what was wrong and how it was going to be fixed. When the work was done they gave pictures showing what was done and there was nothing...

Great work by Diego and his crew. Diego was a great communicator and was available for all questions and concerns I may have had. The crew was hard-working, specific and detail focused.

After the massive hail storm in February 2022, our roof was in need of replacement. I was very cautious as to which roofer to use due to the high number of bogus roofing companies in Texas. A neighbor recommended Firehouse Roofing so we gave them a call for a consultation....

Great experience with Alex and Firehouse Roofing. I have to say they're not cheap but they provide a leak proof warranty. We will see. Alex was great!
