Our Team & Your Home

  • That depends on the work and the access your project requires. Exterior roofing or gutter work may have different access needs than attic work. Before your appointment, confirm with the Firehouse Roofing team whether someone needs to be present, how the crew will access the work area, and the best number to reach you during the visit.

  • Let the team know about locked gates, parking restrictions, attic access, alarm systems, pets, and any areas of your property that need special care. Mention obstacles that could affect access to the work area, and confirm entry arrangements directly with the team before the appointment.

  • Ask the team about the preparation needed for your specific project. Common steps include moving vehicles away from the work area, clearing access to gates and the driveway, and moving patio furniture or fragile outdoor items out of the way. Roofing work can create noise and vibration, so consider securing fragile items inside your home as well.

  • Keep children and pets away from ladders, tools, materials, and the work area. Choose a comfortable indoor space away from the busiest part of the project, or make other arrangements if noise will be a problem. Tell the team about pets and gate-access needs before work begins.
