I first spoke with Olivia. She was super friendly. She explained everything to me. I’m very satisfied with this company. Would use them again.

Everyone there was a professional at what they do especially the Project manager. Highly recommend this company.

The Firehouse gentlemen identified a roof leak problem on a day when it rained. They ran out to Home Depot to get temporary raps until the job and materials could be assigned. They climbed up on the roof in the hard rain to apply raps. This is a company that...

I had an appointment at 8:00. It's 9:30 and nobody has shown up, no courtesy call, nothing. Have not heard from them. I called and they said they would call back with an ETA of arrival. 1 hour has passed and no call. I guess they don't need my business....

Needed independent roof inspection because I was concerned about the contractor installing roof was not competent. Eric Winepe was outstanding and conferred my concerns.

Firehouse Roofing did an exceptional job with roof and soffit repairs at my home. The contractors were on time, quick and did good quality work. Patrick was especially wonderful to work with and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish.

I hired Firehouse to repair chimney flashing. They were on time, professional and thorough. The inspection of my roof and gutters was very helpful. I’m definitely a repeat customer.

Thank you Fireside for your excellent professional service and great job on repairing my roof.

Called for someone to come out and give me an estimate on gutters being installed. Set up an appointment and could not be at the house during it so the guy called me and I told him to go ahead and do what he’s gotta do, just call me back...

Great company if you need a new roof, from the initial inspection to the installation was great. I understood the process to be done length of time. Crew was professional and focused on making sure the job was done correctly. Thank you 😊

Did great and fast work. Roof looks great.

Firehouse Roofing inspected my roof and found repairs were needed on the chimney. In addition, they recommended additional ventilation to remove heat from my attic. They provided (3) options for ventilation and did not pressure me to choose the most expensive one. I will definitely use Firehouse Roofing if I...

Had a leak between the garage eave and carport that I could not stop causing the eave to rot in that location they installed new shingles and aluminum flashing all along the carport and this stopped the leak. They also removed the ridge vents as they were too small closing...

We have used Firehouse Roofing before and are always impressed by their services. They are friendly, professional and easy to work with. Don't hesitate to call them for your needs. Ramona Phy

These folks were fair, honest and did great work. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking roof or gutter services.

I had a water leak from the roof that damaged an interior wall. Brad inspected the roof and showed me where the problem was. He also showed me some other areas of concern, but explained they were not an immediate issue. He explained that due to a heavy schedule, the...

Repaired leaking roof on garden room flat roof with 3 skylights. I did not climb up on the roof after work was completed, but feel the job was done well. Time will tell when we get heavy rains. I feel they will stand behind their work.

Gutters were installed on date and time promised. All the old gutters were removed and taken away as promised. No trash was left for me to clean up. Job well done. Did my roof as well. Did a great job. Jake was extremely helpful. Also he repaired a leak near...

Very professional, even showed up early to the appointment to get the work done before we have rain again. Went above and beyond to do the repairs and even checked the roof vents while they were up there. Highly recommend this company. I’d give them a 10 star rating if...

Would use them again. Very good work. Cleaned up afterwards. Very professional.

I have used Firehouse Roofing before and they once again did a professional and master job replacing our roof!! Thanks again, Mark!

Brad and his team from Firehouse Roofing did a great job replacing my roof and also improving the roof venting. They met or exceeded my expectations at every turn and did high quality work. Would certainly recommend them!

Brad and Firehouse Roofing helped me out greatly! I was in a position of needing a new roof twice within a year due to storms. Both times Brad came out and did a great job for me. Professional, punctual, and he communicated great throughout the process. Brad was definitely motivated...

Very good company to work with for Roofing needs. Great customer service and stand behind their work 1000%! Tim was on top of anything that was needed.

As complicated as going through a new roof claim can be, working with Colter & Firehouse Roofing made it very easy. He was a true professional every step of the way, always got back to me in a timely manner and helped explain every step that got complicated with the...

One of their trucks almost hit me on Eldorado around 120pm today. No blinkers and going 60 in a 35 mph road. Did it to multiple other drivers as well cutting in front and weaving in and out. Very aggressive and unsafe driving. Texas LP - MWF2014

Tim was pleasant to work with. Thorough, worked well with insurance adjuster, went above and beyond.

Brad came out several weeks ago to inspect my roof & evaluate why I was seeing water in my attic. The existing roof was found by Brad to have some poor design, which he pointed out to me. There is insufficient roof damage for insurance coverage; so my goal was...

Brian was beyond helpful in helping us with our problem. He’s made several follow up trips and is always kind and professional and knowledgeable. When the time comes for full roof replacement will definitely be calling FIREHOUSE. JOANN HENDERSON

I had the pleasure of working with Orlando. He was so professional as well as genuine. He guided me through the whole process of getting my roof and helping me with the insurance process. If anyone is looking for a roofing company I would recommend Firehouse Roofing. Great job.

After having my roof recently repaired by another roofing contractor, American-1 Roofing in Allen, TX I found the roof starting to leak worse than before it was replaced. And the contractor refused to honor his own 5-year "no leak" warranty. So, I called Firehouse and talked to Brian. Wow, what...

The service, quality, and professionalism were top notch. I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring their services.

Firehouse Roofing has been incredibly impressive. We had a long list of things that needed to be done on our home. Eric and Brian were wonderful to work with. They returned every email, text and call within minutes which I was so impressed with. They were very good heading up...

Colter is awesome. Based on my wonderful experience with Firehouse Roofing, I’ll definitely use them on my next roofing project.

Colter and his team did an outstanding job. They exceeded my expectations and knocked it out of the park.

They did a great job! One day and done. Colter was amazing to work with. Wonderful experience.

Highly recommend. Replaced our roof in one day, did the gutters and new fence on another day. Tim was very helpful and regularly checked on crews’ progress. Everyone worked very hard, worked quickly, did a great job, and cleaned the yard well. 👍👍

Excellent experience working with Jeff at Firehouse; I am a repeat customer having used them 5 years ago to install gutters. This time they provided roof repair, re insulated the attic and chimney services. They are professional, on time, and communicate throughout the process. Very smooth process and reliable.

Since most will find a shorter review something they might actually spend time reading-I will try to make this one as succinct as possible. From the moment of my first call, all the way through the delivery of services and billing, Firehouse Roofing excelled at customer service. Questions were answered...

Orlando came the day after I called for service, and quoted me a fantastic price for replacing my attic vent, sealing and painting all my plumbing vents, and repairing shingle damage from a recent windy storm. He was very polite and professional, did excellent work, and was done quickly with...
