I had a small job where overhanging trees damaged my asphalt shingles and even made a small hole. Additionally, I had my own ready to use shingles still in the boxes. The guy that came over was very polite and professional. Not complaining about him. But the first thing he...

I called Firehouse Roofing to stop a leak that was coming from the gas furnace heat pipe. They spent quite a bit of time trying to "educate me" about the company with lots of glossy portfolios and took forever to get around to giving me a price. When they finally...

I'm very frustrated and unhappy because we can't get a call back from Firehouse Roofing regarding getting work completed or at least get a refund for the work that they haven't completed. We keep getting told they will call us back but then no one follows up.

Firehouse Roofing was amazing from the very beginning. I sent a message on the website and was called very quickly. Alex came by and inspected my roof and explained everything in detail. The installation was outstanding with great communication through the entire process. Thank you Firehouse Roofing!

I paid 70 dollars to have the gutters cleaned as part of their roof revamp special. The only thing they did was use a leaf blower to clean the gutters needless to say there is still debris left

A storm damaged our tile roof so we contacted several roofers to provide a quote for repairs. Firehouse was by far the most professional and responsive company we had the pleasure of dealing with. They were able to assess our roof and get it repaired within a week, all for...

Jake Dunaway was very friendly, professional, and transparent. I only had a small repair this time (thankfully!). However, if and when a larger repair is needed, I will definitely be calling Firehouse Roofing. Great company with excellent customer service!

Executed contract in August 2022.Small roof repair. So far have ended up with holes in area that was not involved with original repair. Still waiting on straight answer and follow through. Promised agreed upon resolution has not happened, no definitive timeline, just a lot of lip service. Original rating was...

I bought my first house in 2019 and was told it was a metal “lifetime” roof, I wouldn’t need to worry about it! Awesome! Well what I didn’t know is all of the seams and flashing needed to be recaulked periodically. I found out after it began raining in my...

I requested a quote for gutters on my home. In the process of setting the appointment, I was asked “if my husband would be home” at the discussed appointment time. I thought that was an unusual and inappropriate question, but I proceeded with setting the appointment - my appointment was...

Firehouse Roofing was the 4th company that I contacted as the other roofing companies tried to take advantage of me. I appreciated Jake for his honesty and not trying to get me to contact my insurance immediately to try to get more money or commit insurance fraud. He took videos...
