Alex was great to work with, and my roof is fixed! I went with this company after having a bad experience with another contractor, and I wish I picked Firehouse Roofing the first time around.

Blake was awesome, extremely professional, well versed on his knowledge of roofing.

Excellent service on roof repair and installing new rain gutters. Thank you!

I'm so glad I decided to get a second opinion from Firehouse Roofing. The appointment was scheduled quickly, and Alex arrived on time. He patiently listened to my concerns, understood what I was looking for, and began his inspection. Compared to the other roofers who inspected by drones or went...

Unprofessional. Scheduled a time sensitive appointment weeks in advance to be rescheduled twice then crickets. No show no communications. Thank you

Firehouse Roofing deserves the 5 star. Open communication between all departments. Initial visit, job scheduling, follow up and accounting. Prep, install and clean up were perfect.

Awesome and honest service. Blake Burns

A pleasure to meet and work with Brad . I recommend using a professional company that has been in business for nearly 30 years with an excellent rating with BBB. When a company chooses their representatives this well, it speaks volumes to the quality of work provided, the initial meet...

Professionalism all around from start to finish. Alex and team were punctual and communicated every step of the way. My new roof and gutters are immaculate! Thank you, Firehouse Roofing.

I love it when companies provide honest opinions and are not simply out to make a fast dollar!!! Zayne and Jamison were prompt, courteous, and genuine. They didn’t try to sell services we didn’t need, and quickly fixed a small repair. Thank you, Firehouse!

Wonderful service and quality work.

Such an easy company to work with and did great work. They were able to accommodate my schedule and needs (eg texting vs calls). Fair pricing. Used them for soffit/fascia repair and was so thankful since not a lot of roofing companies do this type of work.

My experience with Firehouse Roofing was extremely satisfactory. Blake Burns was professional, trustworthy, and courteous. Other members of the company were likewise. The repair work was performed promptly and was of excellent quality. Overall, a great experience. I will definitely recommend them to my friends. Randy Nelson

I recently had the pleasure of working with Zane M. from Firehouse Roofing, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Zane came out to check our gutters for clogs and potential insect problems, and he did a fantastic job. He was professional, thorough, and efficient. The quality of...

Zayne did a fantastic job!

Alex is a true pro! Honest and ethical!

I had recurring leaks and I contacted Firehouse Roofing company for a roof inspection. Jake Arledge from Firehouse Roofing came out and inspected our roof and he noticed even the minor issues that were cause for the leaks and also on the other areas. He took time to understand and...

Bradley S. from Firehouse Roofing, visited our home and was respectful, efficient, and very descriptive. We will be doing our business with them moving forward!

Buys all of his trucks from us, good company and good people! God bless.

Last week I scheduled them and today no show. I never received a message or voicemail to cancel or reschedule. Well I don’t know the quality of their work but they don’t impress me so far.

Wonderful experience! Everyone is so nice and communicates every step of the way.

Firehouse Roofing is extremely thorough, thoughtful and knowledgeable. We had a seamless time working with them and were given clear access to every step of the process. They are communicative and have a large team of individuals on deck to answer questions via text or call.

Super thrilled about my experience with Firehouse Roofing. Hunter Gore was the technician that came out. He was extremely honest and straightforward. Turns out my roof didn’t need to be replaced but a simple repair. Based on my interaction with Hunter, when I need a new roof, I’ll only call...

This is the second time Jeff Nutt has been out to inspect our roof for storm damage over the past several years. Jeff is extremely professional and always is honest about the condition of the roof. I would absolutely recommend Jeff and Firehouse.

On 6/28/24 Project Manager, Hunter, came to our home in Coppell to assist Milestone who was completing a complete HVAC install. Hunter was looking over the flue pipe to check/avoid any issues or leaks. He was extremely polite and respectful. He worked quickly to make sure he did not slow...

Good, prompt service. Checked our roof for storm damage free of charge.

I needed someone to come out and assess my roof after the storms. They sent a service rep named Blake. I am 72, so have been around the block (a few times). He earned every one of those 5 stars with his professionalism, knowledge & positive mental attitude. As it...

Forget about Jake from State Farm! Call Jake Arledge from Firestone Roofing if you want great service with your roofing needs. He is prompt and honest about what you do or don’t need to repair. The recent TX storms have affected so many homes and the sooner you know what...

Excellent indeed, I had several leaks in my roof so bad it was dripping through my light fixture in my master rest room. Firehouse Roofing agent Chris came out, checked my attic, showed me the damage done, I picked my colour, and waited. I thought the rains would never stop....

Bradley was great!

Jeff came out and inspected my roof after the storms. He was very professional and informative. I didn’t need any repairs at this time. I have had Firehouse come out for inspections a couple times now and I know if they say I need repairs I really do!

Had a great experience with Firehouse Roofing. Skyler was on time and very professional. Highly recommend to anyone that’s looking for an honest company.

Sleazy. We booked them for an estimate after a hail storm. They no-showed on the first appointment date and we had to call them to get them to come out. They sent a salesman who didn't check the state of the roof and just did a walk around. He was...

Alex was very professional and very knowledgeable. After care was excellent. I recommend Firehouse Roofing to everyone!!!

From the moment I contacted Firehouse Roofing after a destructive hailstorm, I had a wonderful experience. Zayne Mendoza came the next day and did a thorough inspection. He helped me contact my insurance company, took pictures of the damage for them and explained the entire process of replacing the roof,...

Our insurance company was concerned about roof damage following the major storms this spring. Bradley was able to come out the same day we contacted him to inspect the roof and write up a report for our insurance. He was a huge help and we will be recommending him to...

Jake Arledge is very professional and knowledgeable, he has been helping us with the roofs on to homes and the entire staff is amazing. I highly recommend them, for anything roof related! :)

Alex Buchanan, our roofing advisor, is exceptional! Following the hailstorm in late 2022, I contacted Firehouse Roofing, and Alex promptly arrived to assess the damage. He identified multiple areas of impact and seamlessly coordinated with my insurance provider. His dedication and attention to detail facilitated a smooth insurance claim process....
