Crew arrived early to make sure they had all the correct parts. Got started right after that. They explained all they were doing and asked if I had any questions. Had to wait on solar company to remove two panels. Firehouse crew was kind enough to wait till solar people...

We were treated like family. Kept totally informed as to what, when and what time.

Outstanding professionalism. Great value!

We have lived in Plano for nearly 30 years and during this time we have had many major projects in our home. These projects included 2 other roofs, 2 major kitchen remodels, adding a media room above our garage, 3 bathroom remodels, and 2 pool resurfacing. The recently completed roof/fence...

I seldom give a 5 star review. These guys are unique in today's service industry. They do what they say they will do, when they say and in a very professional manner. If it's still available, I totally recommend their pest special for closing up access points to your roof....

I had to have 1/2 of my roof reshingled thanx to the recent wind storm. I've used Firehouse Roofing before, so I gave 'em a call. Jeff came out the next day & gave me an accurate estimate and the staff scheduled the work according to my schedule. At 6...

On time, very professional and concerned. They explained their work and backed it up with pictures. They also discovered where a squirrel made a hole in the roof and fixed it the same day. I highly recommend Firehouse Roofing. Judy D.

Diego was so friendly and did a wonderful job checking our roof! He’s thorough in showing us photos and describing any issues with the roof, we will definitely continue to use Firehouse Roofing for anything we need.

I called them out. They gave me a quote. Came and did the work just waiting to make the payment. Respectful and Fast. They did a great job. Would definitely recommend this company to everyone I know. You will be happy you called them.

Josh with Firehouse Roofing was great. He was on time, courteous, professional and very thorough in his inspection and work on my roof. I highly recommend Firehouse Roofing.

Careful with these guys. I had them out to work with me on replacing my roof that had discontinued shingles and leaks caused by shingles falling off. They sounded really sincere and acted like they would do what it took to get the work done, but when Allstate denied the...

Great experience, quickly got us on the calendar, timely on day work initiated, very transparent during day of construction on what to expect and cleaned up work area thoroughly once completed.

Excellent, professional and cordial work performed by Anthony today replacing a flue "lid".

Anthony is the best! He inspected my roof after an HVAC replacement and gave me an honest assessment and made sure the HVAC work was done well and any current issues that could be resolved, were resolved. And he's such a nice man and easy to talk with! Thank you...

Always a great experience- fast and detailed.

Mr. Jamison from Firehouse Roofing was very courteous to point out the issue with the roof and fixed it professionally.

Zane did a fantastic job. Came and found all of the issues with my roof. Even though he wasn't able to fix it for me (because the roof is of a certain material) he provided guidance and directed me to someone who could help. He did all of this from...

Great job by all the team members - friendly, efficient, thoughtful of property and professional. Special shout to Connor who was on top of the job 24-7. Thanks!

A friend recommended Firehouse Roofing to me not for a roof issue, but because my gutters were filthy and Firehouse was having a gutter cleaning special. George came to my house allegedly to provide me an estimate only. I think because my job was smaller than normal for Firehouse, he...

After a couple of roof leaks in our 15 year old house, we decided to replace the roof. Tanner and Jared gave us a thorough presentation about the services Firehouse would provide, the time required, etc. About a week afterward, the Firehouse roofing crew arrived. In a day and a...

Firehouse Roofing repaired my roof and installed roof vents. They are very professional and I am very happy with the work done. I highly recommend them.

Bad experience

Set an appointment, explained that I have a tiny home 2yrs old with a metal roof, leaking coming from a vent in roof. I received a call hours later asking if I have an attic, when I said no, I was told they can't help me because they can't access...

I recently purchased my first home. Within less than a week, it rained and I noticed leaks in my enclosed sunroom. After a well-intentioned friend attempted to help me troubleshoot, weeks later I was still experiencing leaks. I heard of Firehouse Roofing from their ads on The Ticket. Jake came...

Excellent as always!

Very detailed, professional and considerate

Alex with Firehouse Roofing is so professional and friendly. Did not try to oversell and helped us decide the best route to take for roof issues.

I'm always happy to leave a good review especially with a company as responsible and respectful as this one. Everyone who was a part of our experience was friendly and helpful. The estimate was clearly explained to us and our choices were respected. The work itself was done quickly, cleanly,...

Jared is awesome! He made our experience very smooth.

After many quotes we chose Firehouse based on our interactions with Bradley. Bradley was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process.

Let me start off by saying this...I have no experience with roofing. A storm in May of 24 did extensive damage to my property. I first tried contacting a high school buddy that has a roofing company. After no return calls or interest I reached out to Firehouse. I think...
