Thank you so much Zane for coming out! The problem was identified to be an HVAC issue not the roof leaking. He was very detailed and thorough. Advised the next steps needed just very honest and humble. Went above and beyond surely I would recommend him and his services anytime.

Connor was exceptional. When I had a major leak in my house he spent an extended amount of time trying to diagnose my problem. Eventually, after pulling back drywall, we figured out it was a plumbing leak- not the roof. I really appreciate how he didn’t try to sell me...

Andrew Helm came over the same day I called in a possible warranty claim, he found and recorded attic leaks at vent pipes I had not had them replace in the past. Their crew came out the next week and replaced all the failed/failing roof plumbing vents with one piece...

Both Connor and the others that serviced my home were professional. They answered all of my questions and concerns along the way. I would certainly recommend Firehouse for any roofing or repair work in the future.

Blake made me feel comfortable with the whole roof inspection process. He was punctual, thorough and informative. I will definitely recommend Firehouse Roofing, it was a great experience. Big up to Blake.

Great customer service, explain every step of the process and listen to what I wanted. They delivered on my expectation and were not pushy and a pleasure to work with extremely friendly company

Great work. Communicated often to keep me informed of the schedule. Cleanup was excellent. No traces that they had been there.

The work done was/is great. Make sure to communicate clearly on everything first but wow was it worth it.

Quick fast and friendly service.

I have used Firehouse twice. They do an excellent job. Skyler took ok time to ensure I received all that was due to fix my roof. Recommend

As part of our Milestone service contract Firestone came out for a roof refresh. The tech, Anthony, was great. Prompt, courteous, and thorough making sure we knew what he was doing and photo evidence of everything. We’ve been very pleased with our Milestone service and their partnering with Firehouse proves...

Great folks to deal with.

Our insurance company notified us of damage to our roof that was observed by one of their agents. Our insurance renewal was riding on us making these repairs. We wanted a professional inspection and contacted Firehouse Roofing. The following day, their representative, Jake, performed an inspection and assured us the...

I scheduled an attic seal service and roof inspection. George N. provided a thorough inspection of my roof and let me know my roof was in great condition. He inspected the attic and determined the attic seal service was not needed. Thank you for the honest evaluation. When I need...

I called Firehouse for the $299 attic sealing special. Nate and his partner came and looked for openings and didn’t find anything to seal. Therefore, no need to do anything. I was very pleased to not pay anything for not having to do any work. Appreciate how nice and honest...

Good customer service

Very nice and reputable company! They are honest, have a wonderful product and don’t oversell you on anything. Also impressed with Andrew’s professionalism. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the roof and give me the good news that my roof is in good shape!

I had Firehouse come out to do the entire roof on my house (7/18/25). While the roof itself seems to have been done properly I was left with a tar stain in my driveway. The crew manager knew there was a stain on my driveway when he left at 5:30...

Anthony was punctual, polite and knowledgeable about our roofing job. He was transparent about before and after service, which was insightful. He also went above and beyond to help us get a specialist to give us a free estimate to remove old unused equipment on roof and get rid of...

Excellent work retuckpointing failed mortar on my chimney, replacing flashing and our cracked skylight. Highly recommend this company.

Very educated in their process and professional. 1st class service and technicians and workmanship!!

Andrew was great with communicating the problem, working through pricing, and getting everything scheduled. Some companies do a sales pitch. My experience never felt that way. They were prompt, communicated often, and the work was completed quickly. We will use Firestone again for our next project in our attic.

Our roof was leaking around a wood burning stove chimney that was installed ~50 years ago. They did a great job replacing the flashing (this is not a standard small flashing), awesome staff. Everything was explained to us and we received updates regularly on when the work would be done....

I had a very positive experience with Firehouse Roofing, from scheduling a roof inspection to installing the new roof, gutters and refinishing a wood fence. All work was completed promptly and met my expectations. I won't hesitate to use Firehouse Roofing again. Highly recommend!

We won't know if the work done is effective until it rains.

Firehouse Roofing were very professional and communicative the entire way through the process of my roof replacement. They did a commendable job.

Diego, the Firehouse Roofing representative provided great, fast, and reliable service. Very efficient and knowledgeable. I would recommend to other customers.

Everything was explained to us and the work and staff are great. My husband and I highly recommend Firehouse Roofing. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly.

Good experience. I requested roof inspection and Nate showed up on time. Good communication and respectful.

Shawn and the team were great! They came out and assessed the damage to my roof. Got me an estimate, scheduled and repaired in record time!

I have been very happy about all the help I received from everyone at your company.

Excellent work and communication

Great work performed on my gas discharge flue pipes. Very professional outfit with solid customer service!

My elderly father (81) was in need of a new roof. I, knowing nothing about roofing, set out to find a company and get an inspection. During the first week, I had one company show up and do a drone inspection and then ghost us, and two other companies no...

Entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. The work done looks great! We had damage on our fascia and chimney and after the work was done everything looked good as new. They matched the paint perfectly and the repair is solid. They were also great about working on my timeline....

Talked with Daniel about my bill and he explained the process and pricing very well and the work done was wonderful! Would highly recommend!

Very thorough. Quick to respond to concerns and questions.

I was introduced to Firehouse Roofing through my HVAC service company. I requested a quote for some repair work on my roof. The price was reasonable for the amount of work needed and the quality of work was very good. Roof work is not particularly going to be inexpensive due...

I had an excellent experience with Fire House Roofing. Christian kept me informed throughout the entire process, making sure I understood each step along the way. They handled negotiations with my insurance multiple times to ensure I received the correct replacements, which was a huge help. Their clean-up after the...
