If a roof repair we completed fails because of our installation, we’ll return and correct it at no cost to you. It’s our commitment to taking responsibility for the work we do.

Owens Corning Roofing Warranty

Lasting Protection for Your New Roof

Qualifying roof replacements can receive Owens Corning Platinum Protection coverage for both roofing materials and installation. We’ll explain the warranty selected for your roof and the requirements for coverage.

  • Up to 50 years of protection against covered manufacturing defects, without reduction for roof age
  • Limited lifetime workmanship coverage for eligible owner-occupied, single-family homes
  • Covered labor, roof removal, and disposal costs, subject to warranty limits
  • Product-specific wind and algae coverage

Workmanship compensation is prorated after 25 years. Eligibility, registration, and installation requirements apply.

LP SmartSide Siding & Finish Warranties

Lasting Protection. Lasting Curb Appeal.

Eligible LP SmartSide siding and trim carry a 50-year limited warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects that affect the material’s structural performance. Material and finish coverage are prorated after five years. Hail reimbursement is subject to insurance offsets and proration, with labor and insurance deductibles excluded.

Attic Seal 24-Month Workmanship Guarantee

Sealed With Care. Backed for Two Years.

Our Attic Seal Service includes a 24-month workmanship guarantee. If an area we sealed fails within that period, we’ll return and reseal that location at no cost. Our guarantees applies to the areas we sealed, rather than every opening or condition in your attic.

  • Protection for locations sealed during your service
  • Coverage for sealed areas that fail within 24 months
  • Return service and resealing at no charge
